What we collect

When you request the free starter or join the newsletter, we store your email address, request type, consent choice, and submission time. With optional measurement enabled, your contact record can also retain the signup location and campaign source so we can understand how you found us. Newsletter consent is optional for the free starter and is not assumed from a purchase. The free workbook’s reflection fields stay in your browser’s page memory and are not submitted to our server.

How we use it

We use these details to provide the resource you requested and, if you opt in, send educational newsletters and resource updates. The free starter is available immediately on the website. Our private contact tracker records consent, contact notes, and signup source. When a verified sender is connected, Resend processes email addresses and message content for delivery. Campaign records distinguish provider acceptance from confirmed delivery; we do not claim an email was read based on acceptance. We do not sell your contact information.

Accounts and payments

Paid toolkit access uses an authenticated account so your purchase can be retrieved. Stripe handles payment details; the website does not store card numbers. We retain only the identifiers necessary to connect a verified payment to toolkit access.

Hosting and website usage

The website uses first-party conversion measurement and Umami. With optional measurement enabled, a random browser identifier and campaign tags may be retained in browser storage for up to 90 days. We record public page and CTA activity, resource requests, and verified conversion events. The analytics table excludes names, emails, IP addresses, full referrer URLs, and worksheet answers. Campaign tags are retained across internal navigation and checkout; do not put personal information in campaign URLs. A session cookie separately supports sign-in. Hosting and payment providers may process technical data needed to operate their services.

Your choices

You can access the free starter without agreeing to ongoing marketing. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribed contacts are excluded from future campaign audiences. Requesting another free resource does not automatically reactivate an unsubscribed address. A dedicated operator contact and data-request process still need to be added to this MVP notice.
